Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before joining Royal PG. By staying with us, you agree to all policies listed below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your stay at Royal PG, located at Neelkanth Enclave, Plot No. 4 & 5, Sohna Road, near Ekta Hospital, Sector 69, Gurugram, Haryana 122101. By taking up residence, you enter into a binding agreement with Royal PG and agree to abide by all the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining Royal PG as a resident, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your stay and relationship with Royal PG, Neelkanth Enclave, Plot No. 4 & 5, Sector 69, Gurugram, Haryana 122101.
2. Eligibility
Royal PG accommodation is open to working professionals, students, and individuals above 18 years of age. Valid government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving Licence) is mandatory at the time of joining. Residents are responsible for providing accurate personal information.
3. Rent & Payment Policy
Monthly rent is due on or before the 7th of each calendar month. A late fee of ₹100 per day is charged for payments made after the 7th. Royal PG accepts only UPI or bank transfer — cash payments are not accepted. Room rent must be paid within 24 hours of joining. The monthly billing cycle runs from the 1st to the 30th of each month.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹4,000 is required at the time of joining. The deposit will be refunded upon vacating the premises, subject to: (a) completion of the minimum stay period of 2 months; (b) 30 days written notice being given; (c) no outstanding dues or property damage; and (d) a deep-cleaning charge of ₹500 deducted at the time of vacating.
5. Minimum Stay & Notice Period
The minimum stay at Royal PG is two (2) months. The security deposit will not be refunded if you vacate before completing the minimum stay. A written notice of 30 days must be submitted before vacating, and acknowledgment from the property manager is mandatory. The standard vacating date is the 30th of the month.
6. Food & Meals
Meals are provided as part of the accommodation package. Meal timings are fixed and strictly observed — food will not be served outside designated times. Packing of food is not permitted; a charge of ₹600 applies for any food packing. The kitchen is closed on the last Sunday of every month. Royal PG reserves the right to modify the menu without prior notice.
7. Guest Policy
Guests (visitors) are not permitted inside the PG premises without prior written information to management. A charge of ₹500 per day applies if a guest joins for meals. A fine of ₹800 is levied for any guest found in a resident's room without prior information. Residents are fully responsible for the conduct of their guests.
8. Room & Property Care
Residents must keep their rooms clean and tidy. Residents are responsible for locking their almirah and room door before leaving. A fine of ₹500 applies for lost keys or damaged locks. Any damage to property (furniture, fixtures, appliances) must be paid for in full by the resident responsible. Taking utensils (plates, glasses, water jugs) to rooms incurs a fine of ₹200.
9. Security & Valuables
Royal PG operates 24/7 CCTV surveillance in all common areas. Residents are advised to secure all valuables (laptop, mobile, wallet, charger) in their personal almirahs. Royal PG is not liable for theft of personal belongings by a room partner or third party. Residents must not share their room keys with anyone outside the PG.
10. Code of Conduct
Residents are expected to maintain a peaceful, respectful environment at all times. Any behaviour that disturbs other residents or staff may result in immediate eviction without refund of the security deposit. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. Royal PG reserves the right to evict any resident found violating these terms.
11. Room Allocation & Changes
Room allocation is at the discretion of Royal PG management. If a room change is required due to operational reasons, newly joined residents will be asked to move first. Discounts, if applicable, are valid only for stays exceeding three (3) months, and management approval is required.
12. Late Stay Charges
If a resident continues to stay past the agreed vacating date without prior approval, the following charges apply per day: Single Sharing — ₹900/day; Double Sharing — ₹500/day; Triple Sharing — ₹400/day. These charges apply regardless of whether meals are availed.
13. Liability Disclaimer
Royal PG is not responsible for: (a) any loss or damage to personal belongings; (b) interruption of services due to power cuts, water supply issues, or maintenance work beyond our control; (c) any injury or accident on the premises due to negligence of the resident. Residents agree to use all facilities at their own risk.
14. Termination by Royal PG
Royal PG reserves the right to terminate a resident's stay immediately, without notice or refund of security deposit, in cases of: (a) violation of any of these terms; (b) non-payment of dues; (c) behaviour that endangers the safety or comfort of other residents or staff; or (d) provision of false information at the time of joining.
15. Amendments
Royal PG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Residents will be notified of significant changes. Continued stay after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
