We use the information we collect for the following purposes: • To process your accommodation request and manage your stay • To verify your identity as required by applicable laws • To communicate with you regarding rent, rules, announcements, and updates • To process refunds of the security deposit • To maintain records as required under applicable local regulations • To ensure the safety and security of all residents and staff • To respond to enquiries submitted through our website or phone
3. Data Sharing
Royal PG does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. 4. CCTV Surveillance
Royal PG operates CCTV cameras in all common areas of the property including corridors, entrances, staircases, and the kitchen area. CCTV footage is used solely for security purposes and is retained for a limited period (typically 30 days) before being overwritten. Footage is accessible only to authorised management personnel and law enforcement when legally required.
5. WhatsApp & Phone Communication
When you contact Royal PG via WhatsApp or phone call, your phone number and conversation history may be retained for follow-up and record-keeping purposes. We do not add you to bulk marketing lists without your consent. You may receive messages regarding your room booking, rent reminders, and property-related updates.
6. Website Usage Data
Our website (if hosted online) may collect standard technical information such as browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is used solely for analytics to improve the website experience and is not used to identify you personally. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as you are a resident at Royal PG, and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to 3 years post-departure). Identity documents are retained only as long as required by local regulations governing PG accommodation in Haryana.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Physical documents are stored securely on-premises. We do not store sensitive financial information such as complete bank account numbers beyond what is required for refund processing.
